1. Business identity
Commercial Growth is the registered business name of Laura Quinn, Irish sole trader, CRO registered business name number 794953, Ballyea, Ballina, County Tipperary, Ireland. Enquiries: lauraqbusiness@gmail.com. This website primarily serves business users and does not take online payment.
2. Free Growth Check
The Growth Check generates an indicative, rule-based snapshot from the information you provide in your browser. Completing it alone does not submit an enquiry. Sharing findings by email or secure submission is a separate, voluntary action. Snapshot priorities do not establish a full commercial diagnosis, and there is no guarantee of sales or revenue improvement.
3. Public website scanner
Where enabled, the scanner reviews accessible public HTTPS homepage HTML for preliminary, potentially useful commercial signals. It cannot check private data, validate conversions or profitability, render a full interactive mobile website, or guarantee the completeness of findings. Some websites block automated access or use country-specific homepage paths unsupported by the current scanner. Large pages may be sampled only in part. You should assess the live experience directly before making commercial decisions.
Only submit public websites you are authorised to assess. Do not attempt to scan private networks, bypass robots.txt restrictions, defeat safeguards, automate excessive requests or submit account credentials. Access may be restricted or suspended to protect the service. The scanner does not create a client relationship and is not a paid audit.
4. Optional sharing
When available, optional scan history stores a domain and limited categories only after an affirmative choice and a successful scan. You can remove that record with a private deletion code shown immediately after submission; see the Privacy Policy. When you deliberately submit a Growth Check lead, you confirm the information is yours or you are authorised to share it. This does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
5. Paid services
A price shown on the website is information about the relevant offer, not acceptance of a paid contract. Scope, deliverables, timing, full price, any applicable VAT/taxes, payment schedule, third-party costs and written engagement terms will be confirmed before work begins. No purchase, automatic subscription or paid engagement is created by completing either free tool or submitting an enquiry. Separate accepted engagement terms govern paid work. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Accuracy, liability and use
Information is offered for general educational and business-discussion purposes only, and not as legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated professional advice. Decisions should be based on a full review of relevant facts. We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing here excludes any liability or statutory right which cannot lawfully be excluded. Original site content and branding remain the property of their relevant owners. Unauthorised copying, scraping, malicious input or interference with the service is prohibited.
7. Changes and governing law
Terms may be updated as the services evolve. Irish law applies, without overriding mandatory rights that may apply to a visitor. Read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Commercial Growth name, original copy, designs, frameworks and diagnostic structure are owned by, or used with permission of, their respective rightsholders. You may use the free findings for your own lawful evaluation; you may not present substantial site materials as your own or resell them without permission.
9. Third-party services
Links or integrations with third-party services, including Tally, Google services, GitHub Pages and Cloudflare, may be subject to separate policies and availability. Commercial Growth does not control content on unrelated third-party websites.
10. Limitations and statutory rights
The free tools give preliminary observations and do not replace a professional audit. Commercial outcomes depend on factors beyond Commercial Growth's control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or other matters that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor limits non-excludable statutory rights or remedies. Any limitation of liability for a paid engagement is dealt with in its separate contract, subject to applicable law.
11. Refunds and cancellation
The website does not presently take payment. For agreed consultancy work, read the Refund & Cancellation Policy and your accepted engagement terms. Where a customer is legally acting as a consumer, statutory distance-contract cancellation and other mandatory protections may apply even though the services are principally marketed to businesses.
