TERMS & CONDITIONS
Website terms of use.
Last updated: 9 September 2026. These Terms of Use apply to commercialgrowth.ie. They govern use of the website and the free Commercial Growth Check. Paid consultancy engagements are subject to a separate written proposal or engagement agreement.
1. Business details
- Trading name: Commercial Growth
- Operator: Laura Quinn
- Website: commercialgrowth.ie
- Email: lauraqbusiness@gmail.com
The website is intended primarily for business-to-business enquiries. It does not currently take payment or conclude a paid consultancy contract online.
2. The Commercial Growth Check
The Check is a preliminary screening and educational tool based on information you provide. Its output is an initial commercial snapshot, not a full diagnosis, audit, financial forecast or guarantee of results. It should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice.
3. No automatic contract
Submitting the Check, requesting an Audit, sending an email or messaging on Instagram does not by itself create a client relationship or contract. A paid engagement begins only after scope, deliverables, fees, timing and applicable engagement terms are confirmed in writing and accepted.
4. Pricing
Any price shown on the website is current information about the relevant offer and may be changed for future enquiries. The final fee, any applicable taxes, payment schedule and scope are confirmed before a paid engagement begins. No recurring subscription is created through this website.
5. No guaranteed commercial outcome
Commercial performance depends on factors outside Commercial Growth’s control, including implementation, market conditions, pricing, staff, customer behaviour, data quality and business decisions. No particular increase in sales, revenue, profit, conversion or retention is promised or guaranteed unless a specific written agreement expressly says otherwise.
6. Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken to keep website information useful and current, but the site may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Information can be updated without notice. You should verify material facts before relying on them for a significant business decision.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Commercial Growth name, logo, website design, original copy, diagnostic structure and other original site materials are owned by or used with permission of Commercial Growth. You may view and use the site for your own legitimate business enquiry. You may not copy, republish, sell or present substantial site content as your own without permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape personal information, or knowingly provide unlawful or misleading information. Do not submit confidential third-party records or sensitive personal data through the Check.
9. External services and links
The site uses or links to third-party services including Formspree, Google services, GitHub Pages and Instagram. Commercial Growth is not responsible for the content or availability of external websites and cannot control their independent privacy or security practices.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the terms of any later paid engagement, Commercial Growth is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the free website or preliminary Check, or from a user acting on the Check without a full review. This clause does not remove any rights or remedies that apply by law.
11. Privacy, cookies and accessibility
Your use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Accessibility information is available in the Accessibility Statement.
12. Refunds and cancellations
No payment is taken through the current website. Where paid work is later agreed, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific engagement terms apply.
13. Governing law
These website Terms are governed by Irish law. If mandatory consumer protections apply to a particular user, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the website and services evolve. The current version and date will be published here.
