Last updated: September 2026. This notice explains how Commercial Growth uses information submitted through commercialgrowth.ie.
Information you choose to provide
If you complete the Commercial Growth Check or contact Commercial Growth, you may provide your name, business name, email address, website or social link and information about the business, its customer journey and commercial processes.
Why it is used
The information is used to review your enquiry, understand whether Commercial Growth may be a suitable fit, respond to you, and provide the Commercial Growth service if you decide to proceed. Completing an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Lead and acquisition information
The site may record non-sensitive attribution information such as the page you landed on, referral source and campaign parameters so Commercial Growth can understand which acquisition channels are producing enquiries. A random lead reference may be used to connect funnel stages without sending your name or email address to analytics tools.
Form processing
The Commercial Growth Check is designed for a secure third-party form processor such as Formspree. When enabled, that provider processes the information on behalf of Commercial Growth so the enquiry can be delivered and managed. Review the provider’s privacy information before enabling the live form.
Analytics
Optional website analytics are loaded only if you choose to allow analytics in the privacy banner. Contact details and free-text business answers are not intentionally sent to analytics. You can choose “Necessary only” and still use the site and Commercial Growth Check.
Necessary storage
Session storage may be used to preserve progress in the Commercial Growth Check while you move through the questions. This is used for functionality rather than advertising.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information should only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage the commercial relationship, meet accounting or legal obligations, or establish and defend legal rights. Commercial Growth will periodically review and delete information that is no longer required.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You can contact Commercial Growth about information you have submitted.
