What the Audit looks at
- Customer journey and points of friction
- Sales process, enquiry handling and handoffs
- Conversion visibility and drop-off
- Follow-up and lead recovery
- Retention, repeat purchase and reactivation
- Offers, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Available KPIs and performance baselines
What you receive
The output is a prioritised set of findings, the commercial questions that need validating, and a practical action plan. The purpose is not to create a long report for the sake of it. It is to decide what is worth fixing first and why.
What the Audit does not promise
An Audit cannot guarantee revenue, sales, conversion or retention outcomes. Recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information available, and some findings may need to be tested before they can be validated.
Who it suits
It is strongest when a business already has customer activity, enquiries, bookings, memberships, repeat-purchase potential or a measurable sales journey. If the business is too early for a full Audit, I would rather say that than manufacture work.
